With strong commercial acumen, Robert leads Lindo’s innovative team to integrate next generation technology into products and systems that improve productivity at scale.

Tony retains 30+ years of global experience in strategy and technology leadership across product and services industries. Formerly with Dow Chemical and Worley, he has led executive and governance teams worldwide and currently Chairs multiple boards.

Matthew is a seasoned board director and executive with a robust background in medtech development and commercialisation. His leadership at Mansfield District Hospital and education from the Australian Institute of Company Directors underscore his strategic acumen. Matthew’s expertise in navigating complex healthcare landscapes brings invaluable insights to Lindo, fostering innovation and strategic growth.

Urbain has almost 40 years of technology focussed, new businesses creation experience across multiple industries, market sectors and geographies. He has brought over 1000 products successfully to market whilst creating and managing new business units for global lighting brands such Zumtobel (Austria) and Hella (Germany), managed technology startups sold to Nvidia, held CTO and COO roles in ASX listed companies and facilitated strategic mergers and integrations.

Holding extensive U.S. medical device experience, Kristin served as CEO of Eximis Surgical where she led the company from concept through to raising $25M, securing IDE approval and first human use. In leadership roles at Covidien, she contributed to billion-dollar product lines and scaled businesses through FDA pathways, hospital adoption and commercialisation.

Lloyd holds 25+ years of industrial design experience in strategic product innovation and ensures ideas can be commercial success stories. He has led product development and innovation strategies that have carved out differentiators for multiple medical devices.
